At Let's Goza, we take your privacy seriously and want you to feel comfortable sharing information with us.
What we collect
When you get in touch through our website, we collect your name, email, phone number, and whatever you tell us in your message. If you become a participant with us, we'll also hold information related to your NDIS plan and support needs, shared by you, your support coordinator, or your plan manager.
Why we collect it
Simply to respond to your enquiry and, if you come on board, to deliver and coordinate your supports properly.
How we keep it safe
Your information is stored securely, and only accessed by our team members who are directly involved in your support. We never sell your information or share it for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us anytime what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where we're not required to keep it). Just reach out to admin@letsgoza.com and we'll sort it out. If you ever feel we haven't handled your information properly, you can also raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
